Flavored coffee drinks are extremely high in sugar, fat, and calories:
- A medium caramel blended drink (such as a Frappuccino) can range from 47.9 grams of sugar to 85 grams of sugar
- The recommended daily allowance of sugar per day by the American Heart Association is about 36 grams for men & 24 grams for women
However, this doesn’t mean you need to cut these drinks out of your diet completely.
