  • 1 c. Frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla EAS Whey protein powder
  • 1/8 c. plain greek yogurt
  • 1/3 of a banana
  • Small handful of kale
  • 1/2 c. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Optional: Top with Nature's Own Hemp Granola & eat with a spoon
