- Spring mix lettuce
- Shredded carrots
- Sprouts or micro greens
- Short grain brown rice (the short grain has a nuttier flavor & texture than long grain)
- Lower sodium soy sauce
- All natural guacamole (use less than 1/4 c. in one salad) or diced avocado
- Feta cheese (no more that 1/8 c.)
- Tahini dressing or a vinegar-based dressing of your choosing
